One of the most exciting things about SkinPen is that it can be used on all skin types and colors to address a wide range of problems.
SkinPen should not be used in patients with history of keloid scars, scleroderma, collagen vascular diseases, cardiac abnormalities, hemorrhagic disorders, hemostatic dysfunction or an active bacterial or fungal infection.
SkinPen is not recommended for pregnant women because the fibrosis production of new collagen, stimulated by the treatment, requires utilization of vitamins and nutrients that should be reserved for the unborn child.
