What is AminoFix?

AmnioFix is a placental tissue allograft composed of the amnion and chorion layers of the amniotic sac, and is delivered as an injection. Growth factors found in the amniotic membrane are powerful agents that our bodies use to signal cells to come to the target site, help the site to heal, and help our own cells regenerate the damaged tissue. Specifically, Dr. Balshi uses AmnioFix for hair regrowth.

All of the amniotic tissue for AmnioFix is donated by healthy, consenting mothers that have delivered a live birth by scheduled Caesarean section.
